37 Years of Walking to Eliminate Hunger

Welcome to the Richmond CROP Hunger Walk page!

Together you can make a difference in the lives of people all over the world suffering from hunger and poverty by raising money and Walking in solidarity with people who have to walk every day just to survive. The average Walk of women in Africa is 3.5 miles to get water for her family. We choose to walk because she has to walk.

We invite you to be a part of our Hunger Walk on November 4, 2007.
The round-trip, 3.5 mile walk will begin at St. John's United Church of Christ in Richmond at Stuart Circle on Monument Avenue at 1:30 p.m.

The Richmond CROP Hunger Walk has over 36 years of walking to defeat hunger around the world and in our own community. Over 200 people participate each year, so come out and enjoy the afternoon and get some exercise while helping to eliminate hunger.
